xCALLY Skype™ Connector

xCALLYsc allows to extend the voice and Chat channels between Skype™ and your Asterisk™ Contact Center.

No matters where they are, your customer can reach you using Skype, engaging a Chat session with your contact center: the Agents will receive an Alert notification, dispatching the Chat Requests, so they will be able to Accept or Decline the Chat conversation and manage the Channel Engament according to their availability.

Furthermore the call center agents can see the buddy list of your Skype community, so they will be able to manage a proactive outboung Chat engagement aware of the contacts Presence status.
