3. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT AND LEGAL BASES

All the necessary precautions will therefore be taken in order to guarantee the most complete protection of the Personal Data of the interested party.
7. PROCESSING METHODS AND DATA STORAGE PERIOD
The data collected will be processed using electronic, IT and telematic tools, or through manual processing with logic strictly related to the purposes for which the Personal Data were collected and, in any case, in order to guarantee their security in any case. The Personal Data processed will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the contractual purposes related to the life cycle of the product (eg. Product warranty) without prejudice to a further retention period imposed by specific laws. Data related to the research and selection of personnel: The Personal Data processed for the aforementioned purposes will be kept in compliance with the principles of proportionality and necessity, and in any case until the purposes of the processing have been pursued. Unless you request their cancellation, they will be automatically eliminated after 12 months from the closing of the selection for the recruitment / insertion for which the same has applied, or from any spontaneous application. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to the withdrawal.

The owner does not use automated processes aimed at profiling.
